All new roofs installed by BrentMore come with a 5-year workmanship warranty. We stand by our workmanship and support our clients by rapidly responding to warranty needs.

We offer manufacturer warranties ranging from 10 years to 50 years, depending on the roofing system used:

CertainTeed: As a CertainTeed Select Shingle Roofing Company, we offer their 5-Star SureStart Protection, which includes a 15 year workmanship warranty and covers 100% of the materials and labor to replace any defective shingles for up to 50 years.
Conklin: As a Warranty Approved Applicator for Conklin products, we can offer product warranties up to 20 years.
